Last week we looked at Valentine’s Day merch, including new wedding products from fast food giant Taco Bell. In today’s Round-Up, we have more Valentine’s Day merch to share with you. We’ll also look at the hat trends from last year’s U.S. Open.
All my pop music fans out there, know that Ariana Grande released her much-anticipated thank u, next album a few weeks ago. Since it was dropped right before Valentine’s Day, Ari also released a limited-edition merch collection that included thank u, next caps, candy hearts, shot glasses, a Mean Girls burn book, cassette tapes, apparel items, and more.
We’re always preaching retail trends to you guys. Look at what is selling and mimic that with your promotional apparel. The merch tent at the 2018 U.S. Open did exactly that by highlighting big names like Ralph Lauren in addition to more traditional golf brands like Titleist.
Another trend we’ve seen that is making its way into the golf market is the bucket hat. Buckets are perfect for golf because they have a 360-degree brim that protects more area from the sun. It’s 2019, we should have learned to protect ourselves from melanoma by now.
