Starbucks Releases Autumn-Inspired Merch ¹⁰

Last year, Starbucks ¹¹ released a line of #sweaterweather products including tumblers, notepads, and more. Of course, the internet did its thing and tore it to pieces like it was a war on fall ¹² or something. I happen to think the prints are lovely, but I was also a fan of the simple red Christmas ¹³ cups too, so what do I know? We'll have to wait and see if they give it another go this autumn ¹⁴.

Florida Passes Law Allowing Bars to Accept Free Branded Drinkware ¹⁵

Dating back to prohibition days, most states still don't allow alcohol companies ¹⁶ to give branded items to bars and restaurants ¹⁷. However, Florida recently changed that. Bar owners are happy because they get free glasses to use in their establishments. Large beverage companies like MillerCoors are happy because they get to supply glasses with their logo. Microbrewers ¹⁸, are the ones who lose in this scenario.
