A new study shows that business to business salespersons who are social media savvy are 6.7 times more likely to exceed their quotas than competitors with basic or no social experience.

In fact, 74% of those that exceeded their quota and 56% of those that met their quota claimed to be highly effective social media users. In a worldwide poll, 35% of B2B purchases claimed to use social media to research products and vendors.
